Services

Five ways we work for an owner

01 · Advisory

Advisory & Consulting

Pre-purchase technical evaluation, fleet and type selection, registry and regulatory strategy, AOC and CAMO set-up, maintenance programme review.

02 · Delivery

Aircraft Delivery Program Management

Owner's representative from contract to entry into service: specification, completion oversight, acceptance, registration and initial airworthiness.

03 · Retainer

Ongoing Owner Representation

A standing technical adviser on monthly retainer. We read the invoices, question the operator, attend the inspections and report to you in plain language.

04 · Cost

Cost Optimisation

Line-by-line review of maintenance invoices, fuel pricing and supplier contracts (engine and airframe programmes, connectivity). Fee is a share of proven savings only.

05 · Ad hoc

Ad-hoc Services & Sourcing

Market studies, feasibility assessments, special-mission and cargo aircraft sourcing, technical due diligence for lenders and lessors.

Approach

Why independent matters

Most technical advice an owner receives comes from someone who also sells, operates or maintains the aircraft. Globwing is built so that it never does. Our recommendations are judged on one thing: whether the owner is better off.

  • Evidence first

Every finding traces to a document, a record or a measurement. Opinions are labelled as such.

  • Regulator-grade rigour

Work is done to the standard an airworthiness authority would accept, because that is the standard we have been held to for twenty-five years.

  • Transparent economics

Fixed fees, retainers or a share of savings. No undisclosed introductions, rebates or referral income.

  • Plain reporting

Principals and family offices get a one-page answer with the engineering behind it attached, not the other way round.

Founder

Fabien Rousse

Fabien began as an aeronautical engineer in the French Navy on Dassault combat aircraft, then spent two decades in MRO and business aviation across Europe and Asia-Pacific. For the past eight years in Singapore he has led continuing-airworthiness management for a fleet of large-cabin business jets, Gulfstream and Bombardier types among them, under seven regulatory frameworks, and has set up operator approvals from first application to issue.

He founded Globwing to give owners the same calibre of technical judgement that operators and manufacturers keep in-house, without the conflict of interest.
